I work with Architects & Engineers. Building Departments & Code Inspectors.
Schedule Subcontractors. I have very high standards for myself and I make sure my subs follow suit. I make sure all the various Trades are properly coordinated.
Make sure correct materials are delivered on time and applied properly. The newest thing isn't always the best, it's important to know your materials.
